Future Saints Return Policy

At Future Saints, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, you have the option to return your items under certain conditions.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable laws, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties.

2. Return Conditions

To ensure your return is accepted, the following conditions must be met:

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (including tags, accessories, etc.).
Returned items must not have been damaged, washed, altered, or tampered with.
Certain products, such as lingerie or personalized items, cannot be returned due to hygiene or customization reasons, unless they are defective.

3. Return Process

Returning the Item:
Once your return request is validated, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or we made an error in your order.

4. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the following cases:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
An error occurred in processing your order.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

5. Refunds

Refund Timeline:
Once we receive and verify your return, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Refund Amount:
The refund will include only the amount of the returned products. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product (size, color, etc.), please return the item and place a new order on our website.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [info@futuresaints.fr] with a description of the issue and photos of the item(s) in question. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer you either a full refund or an exchange.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned due to hygiene or personalization reasons:

Lingerie items.
Customized products (e.g., with names, sizes, etc.).
Gift cards.
